Our investment strategy is based on 3 brands operating in complementary sectors of real estate. Such diversified strategy allows combining number of advantages, obtaining attractive returns thanks to mid/long-term investments and optimizing the risk-return ratio. 


UTUROOM: COWORKING HOTEL & COLIVING PREMIUM

 
FUTUROOM, promotes the hotel business and collocation, while proposing the fully furnished, equipped and service adapted luxury spaces.
We are keen to provide diversified service which is adapted to the needs of new lifestyle and work habits: mobility, engagement with flexible contracts, modernity and comfort, which are put in provision for spaces with complementary services. 
This provides high occupancy rate and increased attractiveness of goods, stable and regular return portfolio, generating regular cash flow sufficient to reimburse taxes and maintenance expenses. 


FARMING: BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE 

 
FARMING, development of new projects intended for agriculture with strict respect for environmental protection.
Bio market is expanding. Bio products, which respond to consumer expectations of quality and traceability, always attract more customers and become well-established part of our eating habits. Georgia has an exceptional potential of superior quality products and we intend to further increase it with the help of biodynamic.  
This new kind of investment will provide very attractive long-run growth and economic returns due to the pricing power. Our very high-end positioning will help increase our visibility and potential. 


LEXIM: REAL ESTATE TRANSFORMATION INTENDED FOR SALE


FLEXIM, investment strategy is based on tactical approach to regain value. 
 
Our targets are projects of 20 to 30 units (housing and commercial spaces) generating return on the invested capital of more than 20%. They establish strong margins and allow the capital to operate over relatively short period (3 to 5 years). We generally assure internal marketing of apartments and commercial spaces. This sector requires significant financial and technical resources which we have gradually developed.   

 
Axatya invests in assets with untapped potential, with the aim to optimize value for their investors. For instance:


• Properties to be renovated and brought up to technical and aesthetic standards in order     to make them attractive on the rental     market;

• Land reserves to be exploited, optimized or developed; 

• Office space modification located in the zones transformed into residential areas;

• Establish "Sale & Lease Back" relations with institutional sellers in order to assist them in     portfolio rationalization.
